Rupiah-Free Playing Zone. These two rascals used the pipe with diameter as big as their thigh to cross the canal, not because the unavailability of any bridge. Apparently they naively considered the dirty-canal-crossing pipe on Jalan Ombilin 3, Kecamatan Nanggalo, Padang (28/03), as an adrenaline-inducing playing zone. Falling means a sludge-covered body. Maybe what seems to be a discouraging condition for some, is exactly the thing that could trigger laughter to others, especially those who cannot afford the fun offered by our increasingly commercialized playing zones. Sari Fitria | July 2011
